I bring more than 10 years of experience in the food and nutrition industry, where I developed a strong understanding of healthy eating habits, food preparation, nutrition fundamentals, and the role food plays in overall wellness. This experience allows me to provide practical guidance on nutrition, calorie awareness, healthier alternatives, and building sustainable dietary habits that support your fitness goals.

In addition to my Personal Training Certification, I hold certifications in:

Professionally, I also bring over 5 years of Program Management experience, where I've built a reputation for coaching, developing teams, creating structured plans, and helping people achieve measurable results.
