Payment and Refund Policy
All personal training sessions, packages, and services purchased are non-refundable. Once payment has been made, no refunds, credits, or returns will be issued for unused sessions, missed appointments, partial package usage, scheduling conflicts, changes in personal circumstances, relocation, illness, or any other reason.


By purchasing personal training services, clients acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.


Appointment Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule a personal training session without any fee by providing at least 1–2 hours' advance notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling requests made within less than 1 hour of the scheduled session may be treated as a late cancellation and may be subject to applicable fees.


No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session without providing the required advance notice will be considered a no-show. A $20 No-Show Fee will be charged for each missed appointment. Additionally, the session may be forfeited and counted as used if applicable under the client's training package.


Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late will receive the remainder of their scheduled session time. Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting other clients' appointments.


Agreement
By scheduling and purchasing personal training services, clients agree to abide by this policy and understand that it is designed to ensure fairness, efficient scheduling, and availability for all clients.
