Shipping & Delivery

Personal Training Services
Personal training services are not physical products and therefore are not shipped. After your purchase is completed, you will be contacted to begin the client intake process. Once all required intake forms, assessments, and onboarding information have been completed, your training sessions will be scheduled based on mutual availability. Delivery of personal training services is considered complete when scheduled sessions are made available to the client.


Apparel Orders
All apparel orders are processed after payment has been successfully received. Apparel products are fulfilled through third-party vendors and suppliers. Shipping times may vary based on product availability, inventory levels, and vendor processing timelines.

Most apparel orders will ship within 7–14 business days from the date of purchase. Tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery times after shipment may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.


Delays
While every effort is made to meet estimated shipping and delivery timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to vendor stock availability, carrier delays, weather events, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or misdelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
